At ALTSO, we keep our operating costs as low as possible – by employing a small staff, working with over 75 dedicated volunteers and interns throughout the year, and sharing office space – in order to maximize the number of CoolKids served. We manufacture and procure the most cost-effective orthopedic products without compromising quality, thanks to our relationships with renowned providers across the world and years spent learning what is best for those we serve.
