Why. How. Where.

A Leg To Stand On ("ALTSO") provides free prosthetic limbs, orthotic devices, mobility aids, corrective surgery and rehabilitative care to children in the developing world who have lost limbs in traumatic accidents or suffer from congenital limb disabilities. All patients are children under the age of 18 whose families cannot afford the care they need to live a self-sufficient life.

Goals & Impact

Each year, our goal is to provide approximately 2,000 children living with limb disabilities in the developing world free orthopedic care to improve their health, well-being and self-sufficiency. See the impact we are making and take action to help us reach our goal in 2015.
