Rocktoberfest will now take place in the Grand Ballroom in New York City
The Fifth Annual Hedge Fund Rocktoberfest will be held on Thursday, October 16th at the
Grand Ballroom in New York City, from 6 pm onwards. Each year our banner event has
attracted more people, more performers, more sponsors and more media - Rocktoberfest has
become a barometer of A Leg To Stand On’s own growth and effectiveness.
As many of you know, Rocktoberfest brings together all our friends and well-wishers and
through the brilliant alchemy of goodwill, rock n roll, audience support and volunteer efforts we
create an indelible evening that reflects the finest qualities of people in the Hedge Fund industry.
This is no mean feat for a small non profit. At the end of each event we come away with a grand
feeling of being applauded for our work, and of being given an opportunity to take on new
assignments to help more children with limb disabilities in the developing world.

If you are interested in performing at the 2008 Hedge Fund Rocktoberfest, we would be happy to hear from you. 2008 applications are closed for rock bands, but acoustic sets are still available. If you're interested in performing an acoustic set, please download the following Microsoft Excel Sign Up sheet here. Follow the instructions on the form and then email it back to info@altso.org.
